MW Canine Training (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides dog training services including evaluations, private lessons, behavior modification support, discovery calls, and education for dog owners. By booking a session, accessing our website, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

No-Risk Discovery Call

MW Canine Training offers a complimentary No-Risk Discovery Call to help potential clients determine whether our training programs are the right fit for their needs. The call is free, with no obligation to purchase services, and is used to discuss your dog’s needs, goals, and service recommendations.

Training Philosophy & Owner Responsibilities

MW Canine Training uses science-based, positive reinforcement–focused training grounded in play, trust, and learning. Training results depend on the owner’s commitment, follow-through, and consistency.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Packages must be paid in full before training begins. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Appointment Policies Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee of $90 for all services. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited.

Behavior Disclosure & Safety

You must inform MW Canine Training of any past bites, aggression, reactivity, or behavioral concerns prior to training. You assume all risks associated with owning, training, and handling your dog. MW Canine Training is not liable for injury or damage caused by your dog before, during, or after training.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

All dogs learn differently. MW Canine Training does not guarantee specific training results. Success depends heavily on owner participation, home practice, and environment.

Media Release

With your consent, MW Canine Training may use photos or videos of your dog for educational or marketing purposes.

Training Environment Requirements

Clients must provide a safe and clean training area and follow all leash laws during public sessions.

Service Packages & Expiration

Packages expire 90 days after the first session unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Liability Release MW Canine Training is not responsible for injuries, damages, or veterinary bills resulting from training or behavior issues.

Website Use & Content

All website content is owned by MW Canine Training and may not be copied or redistributed.

Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to that policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.
