My name is Mikayla Williams, and I am a dog trainer proudly serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I discovered my passion for training through fostering dogs, quickly becoming captivated by the artistry and individuality behind each dog’s learning journey. Training is never a copy-and-paste method every dog deserves an approach tailored to who they are.

In pursuit of continued education and professional excellence, Mikayla is actively completing her certification through Animal Behavior College while working toward meeting the standards set by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) and the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC). Her training approach aligns with industry-recognized best practices, emphasizing humane, evidence-based methods such as positive reinforcement, motivation-based training, and least-intrusive, minimally-aversive (LIMA) strategies. By integrating structured obedience work with behavior-modification techniques rooted in learning theory, Mikayla ensures that each dog receives a thoughtful, ethical, and individualized training plan that supports long-term success.
